Whereas by-law N o 20-2005 governs the calling, place and proceedings of meetings, and; Whereas subsection 53 (2) of by-law N o 20-2005 states that no decisions may be taken during a meeting of the Committee of the Whole, and; Whereas subsection 1 (2) of by-law N o 20-2005 states that the rules and regulations contained in the by-law may be suspended by a two-thirds vote of the members present and voting. Be it resolved that subsection 53 (2) of by-law N o 20-2005 be suspended in order to give instructions to the Clerk.
