Whereas the authorization application received from the United Counties of Prescott and Russell N° B-079-2021, concerning the property located at 275-279, Main Street East, reflects the intentions of the Provincial Policy Statement and; Whereas the application is in accordance with the Official Plan of the United Counties of Prescott and Russell and; Whereas the application complies with the intentions of the Official Plan of the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury and Zoning By-law N° 20-2018. Be it resolved that Council support the said Severance Authorization application under section 53(1) of the Planning Act , R.S.O. 1990, as recommended in 2021_REC _78.
