Whereas the Town has received and consent application under Section 53(1) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 and; Whereas the United Counties of Prescott & Russell is the Approval Authority, and; Whereas the consent application, UCPR file N° B-059-2020, affects the property known as Lot 11 on Plan M-18 with Part 1 of Reference Plan 46R-4591, bearing civic address, 100 Industrial Boulevard, and; Whereas said application meets all the requirements of the Provincial, County and municipal planning policies. Be it resolved that consent application, UCPR file N° B-059-2020, be approved by the Council, and that a certified resolution be sent to the approval authority, as recommended in the document 2020_REC_61.
