Regular Meeting of Council

Be it resolved that the minutes of March 25, 2019 and April 15, 2019 meetings be adopted as presented.

Be it resolved to receive the Financial statements for the year 2018 presented by Deloitte.

Be it resolved to authorize the OPP Hawkesbury detachment to install signs for a safe trade zone in the parking lot , and; Be it also resolved to take the funds from the reserve of the Hawkesbury police services board to pay for the cost of these signs.

Whereas the Town has a financial incentive program under the Community Improvement Plan, and; Whereas previously the review committee was the Economic Development and Tourism Services Committee. The Committee made the decision on the request and the Committee recommended to the Treasurer. Be it resolved to appoint the planner administrator of the said program, and that the members of the Review Committee be Jean-Claude Miner, Chief Building Official, Rebecca Ménard, Assistant Treasurer and the Mayor, as recommended in document REC-33-19.

Be it resolved to receive the list of cheques and electronic payments issued during the month of March 2019 in the amount of $3,556,527.31.

Be it resolved to receive the March 2019 monthly reports.

Be it resolved to receive the minutes of the February 20 and March 19, 2019 meetings.

Be it resolved to reopen the regular meeting at 10:10 pm.

Be it resolved to confirm the instructions given in-camera concerning an exemption to the volunteer management policy.

Be it resolved that the meeting be adjourned at 10:15 p.m
